Important Update - Lance Kruger retirement
Dear Patient,
I am writing to let you know that after almost 40 years in Dentistry, I will be retiring, and Penridge Dentistry will be closing by December 2026.
Unfortunately for this reason I am unable to start new dental treatments that may extend beyond the end of the year. I will of course complete current treatments that are in progress and assist with any dental problems that I can until we close.
I will remain the data controller for all patient records after the practice closes and in accordance with GDPR requirements, all your data will remain securely encrypted and stored on my digital system.
If for any reason in the future you require access to your clinical records please contact me at mrlancekruger@gmail.com and I will assist you with this.
